Lynne and I created a workshop where we educated the managers of our portfolio companies on hiring, managing and communication best practices. We brought tools such as assessments, interviewing best practices and more to empower the manager and director level. So much emphasis is put on executives, yet it’s this level that can really make or break a company. In one day, we did a masterclass on how to manage and grow your team intentionally and with the best results.
